The Blue Room is a double bedroom with wonderful square bath in the room! - £80 per night including full english breakfast.  Less mobile and tall people may find access to the bath difficult.

The Suite with a superking or twin bedded room, a large bathroom with a freestanding roll top bath and a sitting room with a 32" wall mounted television - £95 per night including full english breakfast.

The Old Bakery Cottage is available on a self catering basis at £100 per night for 2 persons (minimum 2 night stay) or on a weekly rate (please see self catering prices page)

All prices include electricity, fuel, linen and towels.

We aim to help you enjoy your stay for Bath B&B or Self Catering in Wells where ever possible.

It is possible to take one or both of the bed and breakfast rooms, in addition to the cottage , to make a party of 4 or 6 people on a self catering basis. 

Rental charges include central heating and hot water, electricity, Wi-Fi, all bedroom and kitchen linen and towels, cleaning materials such as dishwasher powder, soap etc and weekly cleaning of the cottage.

Deposits
See below for self catering rental of The Old Bakery.  For Bed and Breakfast bookings, a credit card number, expiry date and 3 digit security code are needed to secure the booking.

Cancellation

If cancelled within 72 hours, a full charge will be made for the accommodation.  

Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, cheque or credit card.

Arrival and Departure Times
We prefer our B and B guests to arrive between 4.30pm and 10pm.  Other arrival times can be arranged by negotiation, so please contact us if you have special requirements.  We required guests to check out by 10.30am on their departure date.

Children and Pets
We welcome children provided they are accompanied by at least one adult.  However, we are not able to accept pets.

Smoking
Please note that The Post House is non-smoking throughout.

The Contract

1. The Old Bakery (the "Property") may be occupied only for short term holiday letting with no rights of occupancy beyond the contracted dates.

2. The contract for the rental of the Property is between you (the "Tenant") and K N Price (the "owner").  You shall be jointly and severally liable with the others in your party and all those in your party shall be bound by the terms of the contract herein.  You shall be responsible for any minors in your party.

3. A contract is not made until a booking request has been confirmed by the Owner and a cleared deposit payment has been received by the owner.

4. The contract shall be governed by English law.  If any provision within the contract is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed not to form part of the contract but the other provisions of the contract shall not be affected.

5. The Owner has taken care to describe the Property accurately on internet websites and elsewhere.  The property may be subject to minor changes and the Tenant accepts that there may be minor differences from the description.

Payment Arrangements

1. For bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your rental dates, a deposit of one third of the rental sum should be made at the time of booking.

2. For bookings made within 8 weeks of your rental date, full payment should be made at the time of booking.
